MobileMuse.ca is fortunate to be integrated with the UBC Magic Lab and the SFU School of Communication, giving the MobileMuse.ca Network the ability to link world-class value-added research services to our portfolio of projects.

• MAGIC is an interdisciplinary centre that acts as an incubator for ideas at the emerging frontiers of human-computer interaction and multimedia. MAGIC’s approach blends research in human perception, cognition, and action with technology design, its usefulness to science and industry, and its contributions to learning and innovation.
• The School of Communication at Simon Fraser University has developed an innovative new research methodology, called “techno experiential design assessment�? (TEDA). The team will use TEDA as well as research based on the concept of “affordances�? to examine mobile rich media experiences put forward by the MobileMuse.ca content partners.
